• Bookings: if you book a time through this website, your name, phone number, email, and an optional note, with the service, the person you book with, and the day and time you pick. Julian Cobos can also write down a booking for you.
• Security logs: the website’s hosting keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, to keep the website safe and running.

3. How your details are used

• To count how many visits the website gets, so Julian Cobos can see its visitor numbers.
• If you book a time, to arrange your booking and to send you its emails: a confirmation, a reminder, and links to cancel or pick another time.
• If you book a time, to keep spam off the calendar by limiting how many bookings one visitor can send in an hour, using an anonymous code that changes every day.

• Counting visits: a legitimate interest in knowing how many visits the website gets, met without cookies.
• Your booking and its emails: they are needed to give you what you asked for.
• Limiting repeated bookings: a legitimate interest in keeping spam off the calendar.

GetWebsiteBuilt handles this website’s data for Julian Cobos, with these companies: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), and PostHog (visit counts).

Your details are never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to make automated decisions about you.

6. Where your details are stored

Your details are stored in the United States. For visitors from the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, these transfers rely on the certifications of GetWebsiteBuilt’s providers under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long your details are kept

Booking details are kept until Julian Cobos deletes the booking or the website. Deleting removes them right away.

Visit counts hold no personal details.

Security logs are deleted within 30 days.

Backups roll off after 7 days, so deleted details are gone from them within a week.

8. Your rights

You can ask Julian Cobos to show you your details, correct them, delete them, limit or stop how they are used, or give you a copy.

Requests get an answer within one month.

If you live in the EU, the UK, or another place with a privacy law, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no ad pixels, tags, or other tracking tools. Visits are counted on the server by PostHog, with nothing running in your browser.

When you book, your browser remembers the service, day, and time you booked during this visit, so the same booking isn’t sent twice. It holds no personal details and is cleared when you close the tab.

10. Security

Your details are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to them is limited to the people who need it.

11. Children’s privacy

This website is not meant for children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has given their details through this website, contact Julian Cobos and the details will be deleted.

12. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, this page shows the new version and its effective date.
